Purchase / Delivery


Purchase and delivery is easy with Scotties Walking Sticks.

To create an account click on ‘Account’, and you will be requested to enter your name, email address, telephone number and the creation of a memorable password.  Your account  is fully secure and will give you the availability to track previous orders, save items you like and leave reviews.

If you don’t like the thought of creating an account, then give us a call on 01472851430 or mobile 07731688204. Unfortunately, we are not desk based so if your call is not answered immediately, please leave a message and contact number and we will give you a ring back.

Alternatively, please email with your order requirements to sales@walking-canes-sticks.co.uk and we will send you an invoice for payment by Paypal , Debit or credit card.


Online payments are processed through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to process your debit or credit account through Paypal.

To make payment over the phone we accept debit or credit cards. Once your payment is processed your payment details are destroyed



All orders are dispatched within 24 hours Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Order before 10am and your order will be dispatched the same day. The FREE DELIVERY option will generally take 3 days for arrival depending on location. You will be provided with a means of tracking your purchase.

The NEXT DAY DELIVERY is charged at £9.99 which includes tracking with delivery Monday to Friday. This service does not allow for a parcel to be left, as a signature is required on arrival.

 Returning Your Order

Should you not be happy with your order, please repackage with the same packaging. Contact us by email or phone to let us know that you are returning your order. It is your responsibility to return the item and it is suggested that the return is sent by a tracking method.

Once received we will refund your purchase payment. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund  for the Next Day Special Delivery option. If you have made payment by phone we will need to contact you for original card payment details in order to refund, as we do not retain customer card details.
