Very stylish blonde horn crook mounted on Kingwood together with blonde horn base ferrule. Cane finished with white metal fox head collar (not tested for silver nor assayed)

Lovely boxwood carving of a dog. Mounted on a slim oak shaft and finished with original base metal ferrule.

 

The highly decorated collar assayed for sterling silver but date and assay office to worn to define accurately.

The carving is in lovely condition. The shaft has had the old shellac removed and re-polished.
